Supervisor – Retail
Key Responsibilities:
· Assign duties and responsibilities to team members ensuring they deliver and complete to the highest standard in a timely manner
· Supervise and train sales staff and report on performance
· Assist the management team in leading the team to meet and exceed sales goals
· Monitor and maintain inventories and prepare reports on sales and merchandising
· Assist customers with returns and exchanges of merchandise
· Handle customer issues and communicate escalated issues to management
· Support opening and closing procedures
· Other duties as required by management
Qualifications:
· 1+ years’ experience
· Completion of secondary school
· Able to work under pressure, produce results, handle numerous tasks at once
· Team player, able to work in close conditions with several other people
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Excellent organizational and time management skills for multi-tasking in a dynamic working environment
Working Conditions:
· Some work activities will occur after normal business hours i.e. evenings and weekends and overtime may be required

Position Type:
Permanent, Full-Time – 30~40 hours per week
Salary – $22.00 per hour (CAD)
$25/day for transportation and meal expenses on workdays
Incremental wage raise available
