Retail Store Supervisor
YOUR ROLES WILL INCLUDE:
· Responsible for day-to-day operations of the business
· Review product quality and required quantity from the customer/staff feedbacks
· Select, order, and manage inventory of products based on the customer demands and sales
· Ensure correct receipt of products and check for deficiencies
· Train, motivate, and monitor staff performance
· Maintain organization of all products
· Ensure own and staff’s compliance with safety maintenance and cleanliness
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
· 2+ years’ experience
· Completion of secondary school
· Able to work under pressure, produce results, handle numerous tasks at once
· Team player, able to work in close conditions with several other people
· Excellent communication and teamwork skills
· Excellent organizational and time management skills for multi-tasking in a dynamic working environment
· Able to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends

POSITION TYPE:

Salary $28.50 (CAD) per hour
Incremental wage raise available based on performance at company’s discretion
