Baker
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Measure and prepare ingredients to produce breads, cookies, muffins, cakes, pastries, and other baked goods
· Bake and produce all bakery items following the recipes
· Ensure every products meet the quality standards
· Maintain and follow hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen
· Clean and maintain a neat and tidy workstation
· Train and support the bakery team, promoting teamwork and positive work relationships
· Operate commercial ovens and bakery equipment
Requirements:
· 1+ year experience
· Completion of baking program or equivalent experience
· Physically capable of lifting (25 kg) and carrying heavy items, standing for long periods of time, repetitive hand motions, mixing, rolling, etc.
· Be able to work early morning, morning, day, and evening
· Attention to detail
· Must be familiar with, and comply with, all health and safety standards
· Good interpersonal skills and team player

Position Type:

Wage – $28.50 (CAD) per hour
Tip pool sharing available
Incremental wage raise available based on inflation
