Queen City Logistics Ltd. located at Unit 7, 1030 Kearns Crescent, Regina, SK S4K0A1, is looking for a welder. Person to have Certificate/Diploma in welding and minimum of one year of experience working as a Welder. Person should be able to communicate in English. Salary will be $34.00 per hour, depending on experience. This is a full time position. We will also consider candidates who wish to work part-time for this position & person to be willing to work in any shift. Below are some of the main duties:
· Weld metal parts on large vehicles such as semi-trucks, Trailers
· Read and interpret blueprints or welding process specifications
· Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to fuse metal segments using processes
· Operate manual or semi-automatic flame-cutting equipment
· Operate brazing and soldering equipment
· Operate metal shaping machines such as brakes, shears and other metal straightening and bending machines
· Repair worn parts of metal products by welding on extra layers
