Salary and wages:
$37.00 per hour
Duties/Responsibility:
1. Design, code and modify our clients’ official websites, from layout to function and according to the brand’s specifications.
2. Present design specs of website and prepare mock-ups prior to broadcast.
3. Strive to create visually appealing clients’ websites that features user-friendly appearance and clear navigation.
4. Evaluate and test codes if it is valid, properly structured and is compatible with all browsers, mobile & tablet devices, and operating systems to ensure that it meets the brand standards.
5. Determine the necessary software requirements to improve the website & install the security plugins to protect and backup site periodically.
6. Create and test applications for websites for security purposes.
7. Direct or perform website updates.
8. Troubleshoot website problems.
9. Monitor website traffic & improve keywords for search engine.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in Computer Science or in any Web design or business-related course.
Experience: 1 year or more relating to computer programming and graphic design.
Other skills/conditions:
• Knowledgeable in some or most of the following software tools:
WordPress Elementor, Shopify, JavaScript, JQuery, HTML, CSS, Web Programming Skills, Security Principles & Best Practice, SEO & AODA Compliance
• Dedicated team player.

• Solid ability in both written and verbal communication.
• Knowledge of programming language and technical terminology.
• Able to develop ideas and processes and clearly code them.
