Vanshi Foods Ltd. is looking for (4) four Warehouse workers (NOC 75101) for their business located at 13147 76 Ave, Surrey BC, V3W 2V7.
Position Overview: As a Warehouseperson, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations of our warehouse facility. Your primary responsibility will be to manage efficiently and accurately the incoming and outgoing inventory, ensuring that products are organized, stored, and shipped according to company standards and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against purchase orders.
Unload and inspect goods for damage or defects.
Sort, organize, and store inventory in designated locations.
Maintain accurate records of inventory levels.
Prepare orders for shipment, including picking, packing, and labeling.
Load outgoing shipments onto trucks or other transportation vehicles.
Assist with inventory audits and cycle counts as needed.
Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks in a safe manner.
Keep warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
Qualifications:
High school diploma is an asset.
Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is an asset.
Forklift certification is an asset.
Ability to lift and move heavy objects, sometimes exceeding 50 pounds.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
No specific language requirement
Work Schedule:
Full-time, permanent position (approximately 40 hours per week)
Monday to Friday
What we offer:
· $20.00 per hour; 30 hours per week
· 4% vacation pay of the gross salary.
