We are currently looking for a hard-working and knowledgeable Warehouse Supervisor to join our team.
Main job duties and responsibilities:
· Lead daily warehouse operations
· Plan, organize and oversee operational logistics of the warehouse, establish work schedules and procedures
· Conduct daily start-up meetings, organize daily workload to warehouse staff, assign duties
· Coordinate and review the work of warehouse staff
· Maintain time and attendance, productivity and quality records
· Track and report status of job orders and distributions
· Manage inventory, ensure proper stock rotation, perform inventory counts, as required
· Requisition materials and supplies
· Resolve work-related issues and implement corrective measures
· Train new warehouse workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
· Ensure priorities and deadlines are met and communicated with the rest of the staff
· Occasionally perform the same duties as the workers supervised, as required
Requirements:
· Secondary school diploma
· At least 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment
· Proficiency in English
· Effective interpersonal and communication skills
Conditions:
· Permanent, full-time position
· $28.50 hourly for 40 hours work week
· Occasional overtime may be required with applicable overtime pay after 44 hours of work per week
