“VP – Financial, communications and other business services” to join their team.
This position is highly responsible for overall operations of the business. An
individual working in this position is familiar with all areas of the business and
coordinate process and operations of the business. This position also manages
staffing, individual and team development and performance management, while
maintaining a positive work environment.

Salary: $86.00/Hour
Hours: 30 to 35 hours/Week
Work Setting: Office
Benefits: 2 weeks of paid vacation
Job Description: The Vice President is responsible to report to the executive
committee and will perform the duties and responsibilities:
Provide visionary leadership and direction to the foreign exchange
division, setting long term goals while approving and implementing policies
and procedures to ensure compliance with the relevant financial
regulations and industry standards.
Collaborate with the Director and senior staff to ensure effective
governance and regulatory compliance and develop a clear vision and
strategic plan to guide the foreign exchange company
Make high level decisions that align with the company’s mission, vision
and overall strategy and Supervise, manage and lead the Senior
managers/staff to ensure they are meeting expectations and goals.
Oversee the financial health of the company, endorse promotional
campaigns and oversee comperhensive human resources planning.
Hire Middle Managers, and other executive staff and facilitate their regular
meetings to review issues and gain feedback.
Acts as a spokesperson when required and represent the company in
industry events, conferences, forums and with regulatory bodies.
Evaluate new business opportunities in the foreign exchange sector and
foster relationships with key stakeholder, clients and partners to expand
the company’s marketing presence and to help achieve the goals of the
organization.
Qualification and Professional Skills requirement:
Experience
3 to 5 years of related experience in a senior position is required
Education
Bachelor's degree in related field
Knowledge, Skills and Attributes
Ability to communicate effectively and persuasively; strong customer
service skills
Team player with a positive approach; ability to coach and motivate others
Previous experience in corporate investments, financial management and
relations
Ability to Supervise 5 to 10 people, senior staff
Knowledge of Financial Management, Strong organizational,
communication and financial skills
Extended workdays are a frequent occurrence, as weekends and holidays
are needed to support the business.
