Start Date: As soon as possible
Salary: $29.00 per hour
Hours: 30 to 35 hours/Week
Work Setting: IT Consulting firm.
Job Description: The Technical Support Analyst performs the following duties and
responsibilities:
 Communicate electronically and in-person with computer users to gather and
document detailed information about the problems experienced.
 Read technical manuals or conduct computer diagnostics to investigate or resolve
problems or to provide technical assistance and support.
 Provide technical and functional support in the areas of Microsoft Server
upgrades and migrations, Microsoft M365, migration from exchange or Gsuite,
Intune deployment, problem resolution, development, testing, security & training
customers.
 Provide technical and functional support on data backups, data recoveries,
Networking equipment, switches, routers, Firewalls, and other network
appliances.
 Participate in redesigning software, analyze the solution, draw the performance
optimization plan, find, and remove bottlenecks, and manage the preplanned
maintenance events.
 Install, configure, identify, manage, and resolve issues in timely manner and
record and document everything in solution log.
 Complete and maintain required documentations including installation checklists
of applications, software, and procedural documents.

 Maintain active relationships with customers to determine their requirements and
follow up with them to ensure their systems are fully functional after
troubleshooting.
 Perform all job functions in a safe and healthy manner, abiding by and in
accordance with all applicable health, safety and Environmental company policies
and government legislation and regulations.

Qualification and Professional Skills requirement:
Experience
 1-2 years of experience in related field
Education & Skills
 Completion of college is required in related field.
 Knowledge on Security of Infrastructure and systems is an asset.
Computer and Technology Knowledge
 Information Technology infrastructure Library, Linux, Device drivers, Network
software, Network Hardware, Network security, Internet, Servers, Desktop
applications, File management software, security software, Mail server software,
Communication software, Desktop publishing software, MS Office, MS Window,
SQL, TCP/IP and wireless networks
Personal Suitability
 Accurate, client focus, Excellent interpersonal skills, Excellent oral and written
communication, fluent English, initiative, judgement, organized and Team Player
Work Conditions, Transportation, and physical capabilities
 Work under pressure, Tight deadlines, attention to detail, willing to travel
regularly and Travel expenses are paid by the employer.
