Main Duties of Store Manager will be:
· Manage the restaurant independently without any supervision.
· Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate and implement the operations of the subway.
· Manage staff and assign duties.
· Implement operational procedures by identifying, outline, and implement clear processes adapted to the restaurant’s signature style.
· Hire staff when needed and manage staff training and retention, as well as for the safety measures.
· Inspect performance of the staff and set staff work schedules
· Develop and implement marketing strategies
· Plan budget, authorize expenditure and monitor revenues.
· Modify procedures and regulate inventory, monitor the generation of revenue
· Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
· Evaluate and improve customer services and respond to customer requests and issues.
· Ensure health and safety regulations are followed and are up to date
· Oversee plans and schedules with suppliers for food and other ingredients
· Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of the staff who prepare, portion and serve food.
· Be able to supervise 3 to 4 people at all times.
· Be able to use MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook and MS Windows
