Terms of Employment:

Permanent full-time, Average of 35.00 hours per week.

Shift required.

 

Salaries and wages:

$27.5 per hour

 

Duties/Responsibility:

· Organize, allocate, and assess the tasks performed by spa technicians, ensuring the efficient functioning of services such as nail enhancements, waxing, and skincare treatments.

· Establish schedules, procedures, and protocols to enhance productivity and client satisfaction, coordinating activities with other departments as necessary.

· Address and resolve work-related issues and disputes, offering guidance and assistance to team members, and generating progress reports for management.

· Recruit, onboard, and educate spa personnel on their job responsibilities, safety protocols, and organizational policies, cultivating a positive and effective work environment.

· Procure essential supplies and materials essential for spa operations, maintaining sufficient inventory levels to support daily operations.

· Guarantee the smooth operation of spa equipment, computer systems, and machinery, arranging for necessary maintenance and repairs.

· Supervise quality standards and output levels, implementing measures to uphold high service standards and meet client needs.

· Optionally, engage in spa services and tasks alongside supervised team members to ensure quality and efficiency.

Qualifications:

1.      Education: Completion of Secondary School is required.

2.      Experience: At least 1 year working in nail and spa and minimum 6 months of supervised experience

1. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

2. Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

3. Knowledge of spa treatments, products, and techniques.

4. Exceptional customer service skills.

5. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

6. Certification or training in spa management is a plus.
