Joeys Restaurant (Burnaby) Inc dba Joey Burnaby Grill Lounge, located at (business and work location) #109 – 1899 Rosser Ave, Burnaby, BC  requires permanent, Full Time (40 hrs/week) qualified Sous Chef. Duties include:  Supervise cooks and kitchen workers, plan menu, prepare and cook menu item and specialty foods for special events, order food and kitchen supplies, instruct cooks in food preparation and presentation.  Secondary School. 1 year of experience.
