Social Media Specialist

Neusol Technologies Ltd is seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive knowledge of all social media platforms and demonstrate expertise in various aspects of social media management, including content creation, analytics, media buying, influencer collaboration, creative content creation, and brand launches. Salary: $33.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic social media plans to achieve clients’ objectives, considering their unique brand positioning and target audience.
  • Generate engaging and creative content tailored to each social media platform, including but not limited to text, images, videos, and infographics.
  • Create comprehensive monthly content calendars outlining content themes, posting schedules, and promotional activities.
  • Conduct thorough social media audits to evaluate clients’ current presence, identify areas for improvement, and recommend strategic changes.
  • Utilize social media analytics tools to track performance metrics, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to optimize content strategy and campaign performance.
  • Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting strategies, ad creative development, and performance monitoring.
  • Identify and build relationships with relevant social media influencers and thought leaders to amplify brand reach and engagement.
  • Lead the social media strategy and execution for brand launches, ensuring maximum visibility and engagement across all relevant platforms.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their goals, providing strategic recommendations, and delivering exceptional service to meet and exceed their expectations.
  • Leverage extensive social media experience across multiple industries, with a focus on FMCG and IT, to effectively manage clients’ portfolios from diverse backgrounds.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or marketing or related field

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role, with a track record of successful social media campaigns and client management.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, LinkedIn etc.).
  • Strong creative and writing skills, with the ability to craft compelling content for various audiences.
  • Experience in media buying and advertising on social media platforms.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Flexibility to adapt to the evolving social media landscape and industry trends.
  • Must have experience in Adobe Creative Suite Design and Video software.

Experience: At least four years of relevant experience
