Terms of Employment:
Permanent full-time, 37.50 hours per week
Salaries and wages:
$38.00 per hour
Duties/Responsibilities:
1. Market the company’s services by developing and implementing marketing and advertising campaigns as well as manage the day-to-day activities of the sales team;
2. Prepare marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data;
3. Develop a strategic immigration plan for new and existing clients based on the immigration policy and rules;
4. Perform immigration market research to identify new opportunities to establish strategies while evaluating a competitor’s service, price, and offerings through market information;
5. Contribute to the development of sales, marketing, and client retention, advertising, pricing, and distribution strategies for area of responsibility.
6. Act as an ambassador by promoting the services/brand of Mackenzie Immigration, including hosting visitors, speaking at workshops, conferences, and meetings to provide consultation on new areas of the market and planning as and when required;
7. Assist the external Marketing Advertising Company in conducting all online marketing and promotions;
Qualifications:
Education: A College diploma or bachelor’s degree in business marketing, public relations, communications, journalism, or museology is usually required
Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a sales or marketing position or similar role.
Other skills/conditions:
Experienced user of Microsoft Office, in particular Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
