Sales Representative

We are seeking a vibrant and driven salesperson to join our team at Bathroom and Kitchen
Galleries, A Division of Lokert Plumbing. As one of the largest retailers in bathroom and kitchen
fixtures in the Halton region, our sales team plays a critical role in our business by building and
maintaining relationships with new and existing customers, identifying new sales opportunities,
and achieving sales targets. You will be responsible for developing a deep understanding of our
products and services, effectively communicating their value to customers, and delivering
exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and after-sales service
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct showroom tours and sales for new and existing customers
• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers and identify new sales opportunities
to expand business • Develop a deep understanding of our products, services, and brand
relationships; and effectively communicate their value to customers
• Conduct sales calls and visits to potential and existing customers to present products and
services, and negotiate contracts and pricing
• Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process and after-
sales service, if required
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product developments, and competitor activities to
maintain a competitive edge
• Collaborate with the team to develop sales strategies, campaigns, and materials that
effectively target our customer base
• Track sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team on sales
activities, customer feedback, and opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma
• Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the plumbing fixtures industry
• Excellent communication, negotiation, written, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues
• Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of plumbing fixtures, construction, and design would be an asset
• Willingness to travel to meet with customers.
• Great experience closing deals, and building long-term relationships with clients
• Experience or knowledge of the contracting/home construction industry is an asset
• Experience working with construction design programs like 2020 design.
