Retail Sales Supervisor (TEER: 62010)
10093511 Manitoba Corporation. (O/A Marchand Grocery) requires 1 Retail Store Supervisor on a full-time, permanent basis to start asap in Marchand, MB.
Wages: Between $19.25 – $22.00 CAD/ Hour (based on experience)
Work Hours – 35-40 /week

Job Requirements:
· Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
· Experience: Minimum 1-2 years’ experience
· Essential Skills: Working with others, significant use of memory, continuous learning
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Standing for extended periods, Repetitive tasks, Attention to Detail

Job Duties:
· Establish methods to meet work schedules
· Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff
· Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
· Estimate and order ingredients and supplies
· Ensure food service and quality control
· Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
· Prepare and submit reports
· Establish work schedules
· Assign sales workers to duties
· Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
· Authorize return of merchandise
· Sell merchandise
· Organize and maintain inventory
· Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
