We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Retail Store Supervisor. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our retail store.
Overview
Employment Type- Full Time, Permanent
Start as soon as possible

Wage- $17.00/ hour for 35 hours weekly
Language- English
Education- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience- 7 months to less than 1 year
Supervision- 1-2 people
Responsibilities:
· Supervise staff (apprentices, stages hands, design team, etc.)
· Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
· Authorize payments by cheque
· Exhibit designers plan and develop permanent and temporary or moveable exhibits and displays for museum exhibitions, trade shows, conventions, retail spaces and other exhibitions
· Order merchandise
· Establish work schedules
· Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
· Organize and maintain inventory
· Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
· Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
· Conduct performance reviews
