Job Description: Assign duties to front and back of house staff; May order merchandise; Authorize return of merchandise; Sell merchandise; Organize and maintain inventory; Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages; Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers; May perform same duties as workers supervised; Train staff; Manage workflow for the day; Pick and process Web orders and purchases; Record incoming stock; Familiar with Microsoft Office
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: At least 1 year of experience in retail industry
Languages: English
Work Setting: Retail business
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; Attention to detail; Standing for long periods; Be comfortable climbing and working on a ladder
