💰 Salary: $33.65/hour for 35 hours per week

Requirements:
✔ Language: English
✔ Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
✔ Experience: 1 to 2 years in a supervisory role
Key Responsibilities:
Assign tasks and duties to sales staff.
Hire, train, or arrange training for employees.
Order and manage merchandise inventory.
Authorize merchandise returns and ensure customer satisfaction.
Establish work schedules and ensure smooth store operations.
Process sales transactions and oversee merchandising.
Prepare reports on sales volumes, inventory, and personnel matters.
Address customer concerns, complaints, and supply shortages.
Supervise and coordinate activities of cashiers and retail sales staff.
Work Conditions:
Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
Handling heavy loads and standing for extended periods.
Requires attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
