Job duties are as follows but not limited to:
Supervise and co-ordinate duties and tasks of staff
Assign duties to staff and adjust to meet operational needs
Sell merchandise to customers and authorize returns of merchandise
Resolve customer complaints in a speedy and effective manner
Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise as per Managements requirement
Train new staff as needed
Operate point of sale system and manage cash flow as needed
Performing the necessary tasks as the employee of a Petro-Canada ARL, which is operating Petro-Canada branded gas stations
Other duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications:
High school Diploma
Minimum 7 months – 1 year previous work experience as a Retail Sales Supervisor
Additional Qualifications:
Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet operational needs, including mornings, afternoons, graveyards and evening shifts. Please note our Gas Station operates 24/7, 7 days a week.
