We will provide:
– Minimum of 37.5 hours/ week throughout your employment period
– Paid Vacation of 2 Weeks each year or 4% of salary
– Pay Range from $22 – $23 per hour
Duties
· Overseeing salespeople, cashiers, shelf stockers, and other employees working on the floor
· Onboard new hires and coach with the process, improve performance of existing associates and prepare work schedules for all full-time and part-time workers
· Handle customer complaints, issues and questions.
· Examine merchandise to ensure that it is correctly priced and displayed and that it functions as advertised.
· Maintain inventory and ensure the supply and availability of stocks.
· Ensure that hours of operation are in compliance with local laws. Maintain health and safety measures and store’s cleanliness.
· Meet financial goals by analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions in preparing monthly budgets, sales reports and scheduling expenditures.
· To fill in for sales associates who are out sick, on vacation leave, or on break in order to ensure smooth operations.
· Implementing measures to avoid stock damages, theft, and wastage.
Requirements
Minimum high school
Minimum one month of experience is required in any supervisory or managerial role is required
Ability to work legally in Canada
