Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Retail Sales Supervisor to join our team at our Surrey location. The ideal candidate will be passionate about retail, possess strong leadership skills, and be committed to delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
· Supervise and train retail staff to ensure high levels of customer service and product knowledge.
· Assist in managing daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintaining store standards.
· Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner.
· Achieve sales targets and support team members in meeting individual and store goals.
· Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
· High school diploma; post-secondary education in business or a related field is an asset.
· Minimum of 1-2 years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
· Proven leadership abilities and a passion for motivating others.
