Wage: $22.60 per hour for 30 hours per week plus 4% vacation pay

Position Overview: We are currently seeking two (2) motivated and experienced Retail Sales Supervisors to join our team. The Retail Sales Supervisors will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our store, leading a team of sales associates to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
· Supervise and coordinate the activities of retail sales staff/cashiers, including assigning duties and monitoring performance.
· Train new employees on store policies, procedures, and product knowledge
· Provide guidance and support to sales associates and cashiers, resolving customer inquiries and issues as needed.
· May need to fill in for cashiers and other staff if needed.
· Monitor inventory levels and place orders to replenish stock as necessary.
· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, ensuring a safe and inviting shopping environment.
· Oversee cashiers and cash handling procedures, including opening and closing registers.
· Assist with merchandising and promotional activities to maximize sales and enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications:
· Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in a grocery or similar environment
· Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
· Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor
· Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting.
· Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Education:
High school diploma may be required or equivalent.
