Restaurant Manager

Duties will include the following:

 

·         Direct, oversee and manage restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional service and customer satisfaction

·         Develop and implement operational procedures

·         Effectively create and organizing staff schedules

·         Lead the team in creating a culture of superior guest experience

·         Conduct training and development as well as performance management and employee coaching

·         Select and hire restaurant staff

·         Control inventory, monitor financial transactions, and adjust procedures and pricing

·         Resolve customer complaints and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

 

Compensation/Work Schedule:

 

·         Permanent, full-time position

·         $24.91 per hour with applicable overtime pay after 44 hours of work per week

·         44 hours of work per week

·         Extended health and dental benefits

·         3 weeks paid vacation

Requirements of the position:

 

·         College diploma in food service administration, hotel, and restaurant management, or related discipline

·         At least 2 years of experience in food service sector, including supervisory experience

·         Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills

·         Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

·         Good English language skills
