We will provide:
– A range of 30 – 35 hours/ week throughout your employment period
– Paid Vacation of 2 Weeks each year or 4% of salary
– Range of $34.00 to $37.00 per hour
Duties
· Identify and attract potential candidates through various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media platforms, and networking events.
· Screen resumes and applications to assess candidates’ qualifications and suitability for available positions.
· Help people applying for jobs understand what’s needed for the job and what the job conditions are like.
· Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring timely communication and follow-up.
· Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on best practices for conducting interviews and evaluating candidates.
· Negotiate job offers and facilitate the hiring process, including preparing employment contracts and conducting background checks.
· Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes.
· Arrange and facilitate discussions when employees have problems or complaints, making sure things are solved fairly.
· Co-ordinate training sessions and share information about support services like counselling and awards to the employees.
· Make sure all the paperwork for workplace safety is done properly and on time.
Requirements
· Education: Minimum one year of Post-secondary education in Business/ HR or related field
Minimum one year of experience in similar role.
Ability to work legally in Canada.
