Salary: 87,360 annually ($42.00 per hour) as per the median wage of NOC 21320 in Stratford–Bruce Peninsula, Ontario Region

The Role:
- A Process Engineering Lead (EIT) will be primarily responsible for designing complex large-scale hydrogen process plants, operate our R&D facilities and analyze process data.
Language:
- English
Education/Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from an accredited school (Preferred)
- Recent grad or 1 to 2 years of experience as Process Engineering Lead EIT (Mandatory)
- Experienced in using or a desire to lean the required engineering software (Preferred)
- Knowledge of the applicable codes related to process engineering (Preferred)
- The desire to work in an innovative, fast-paced, changing environment
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
- A valid Canadian driver’s license with a clean driving record and access to a personal vehicle

Detailed Skills and Duties
Responsibilities
- Operating, maintaining, or improving HO High Current Demonstration test bench
- Performing a wide range of engineering tasks by operating computer-assisted design or engineering software, such as AUTOCAD
- Ensuring that design drawings confirm to standards and customer requirements by preparing engineering drawing packages, including but not limited to PFDs, P&IDs, and PBDs
- Writing reports and compiling data regarding existing and process engineering projects and studies
- Preparing specifications for purchases of process equipment and materials
- Estimating material, labor, and construction costs for budget preparation
- Preventive maintenance on critical process equipment
