Currently, we are looking for a Plant Cleaner to join our dynamic team!
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Operate industrial vacuum cleaners
· Wash windows, interior walls and ceilings
· Empty trash cans and other waste containers
· Sweep, mop, scrub large floors throughout the plant premises
· Tidy washrooms and replenish soap and paper towel dispensers in plant and office washrooms
· Maintain all cleaning equipment and supplies in a safe and sanitary working condition
· Keep management informed of any unsanitary practices that may be occurring in the plant
· Ensure all assigned areas are kept clean and all tasks are completed in a timely manner
QUALIFICATIONS
· Secondary School Diploma is an asset
· Experience is an asset
· Physical stamina and mobility
· Good English command
WORK CONDITIONS
· Permanent, full-time position
· $20.57 per hour
· 40 hours of work per week
· Occasional overtime may be required and will be compensated at the rate of 1.5 of regular pay after 44 hours of work per week
