Eat Well Ethnic Foods Inc. (DBA: Spice it up foods.) is a Canada-based company. We need a Packing Supervisor to supervise the packing department.

Experience: 1 to 2 Years of experience in a relevant field.

Main Duties:
· Oversee and manage the packing operations within the food packing facility, ensuring that packing processes run smoothly and efficiently.
· Lead and supervise packing team, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management of packing staff.
· Supervise, co-ordinate and delegate tasks efficiently to all units and ensure all members adhere to safety and quality standards.
· Monitor and manage inventory levels of packing materials, such as boxes, labels, and packing supplies, to ensure adequate stock is available for production needs.
· Prepare production and other records of packing activities, production output, inventory levels, and quality control data.
· May need to generate reports as needed to track performance metrics and identify areas for improvements.
· Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
· Identify, evaluate, control and prevent hazards at all stages of the food production process.
· Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies.
· Communicate efficiently with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of packing activities with overall business objectives.
· Ability to supervise 5 to 10 people.
