Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Minimum 2 years to less than 3 years experience needed.
Location: 30 Topflight Dr Suite 1Mississauga, ON, L5S 0A8
Main Duties:
Train workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
Provide feedback to the team members, and ensure smooth operations and quality assurance to maintain high service standards.
Prepare and submit reports
Resolve work-related problems
Coordinate, assign and review work by planning project timelines, allocate resources, and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
Establish work schedules and procedures
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, addressing their concerns, and consulting with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
Coordinate activities with other work units or departments.
Skilled needed: Computer and Technology Knowledge, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Word. Be able to supervise 5 to 10 people.
