Salary: 28.50 hourly / 40 hours per Week

Education Requirement:
-College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
Experience
2 years to less than 3 years
Responsibilities and Tasks
-Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including service procedures and staff management.
-Plan and implement service offerings and operational processes.
-Recruit, train, and manage restaurant staff, including scheduling and performance evaluation.
-Manage inventory, track revenues, and adjust pricing or procedures as needed.
-Address customer concerns, ensuring adherence to health and safety standards.
-Handle supplier negotiations for food and supplies, and coordinate catering or event bookings.
Supervision
-1 to 2 people
Credentials. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses
-Safe Food Handling certificate
