Canin Homes & Construction Ltd. located in Surrey, BC requires Office manager with minimum high school education. Applicant should also have 1-2 years of experience or diploma or degree in a relevant field. Pay per hour will be $35.00 for 35 hours of work per week. Some of the duties will be:
· Delegate work to office support staff
· Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
· Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
· Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
· Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
· Oversee payroll administration
· Review and evaluate new administrative procedures
· Plan and control budget and expenditures
