Job Description:
Surfside Adventure Tours is looking for a skilled and organized Office Manager to oversee our administrative operations in Victoria. This role is crucial to ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our office and will involve a range of responsibilities from managing office supplies to coordinating with our team and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Oversee office supplies and inventory, ensuring resources are available as needed.
Handle correspondence, phone calls, and client inquiries in a professional manner.
Assist with financial record-keeping and basic bookkeeping tasks.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar administrative role.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace).
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Educational Requirements:
Completion of secondary school is required.
A university degree or college diploma in business or public administration may be required.
Benefits:
