permanent ‘Office Administrator’ to join our company.

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: Permanent; Full-time
ANTICIPATED START DATE: As soon as Possible
SALARY: $27.00 per Hour
HOURS OF EMPLOYMENT: 30 to 35 hours/Week

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee and coordinate day to day office administrative processes, including the review,
assessment, and implementation of new procedures.
Set work priorities, delegate tasks to support staff, and ensure both deadlines and procedures
are followed.
Handle administrative tasks of establishment such as generating and distributing memos,
letters, forms, faxes, and emails.
Assisting with data entry & billing by preparing and sending invoices, maintaining client
databases, tracking accounts, overseeing the invoice workflow, and assisting in copying and
distributing production orders and other internal documents
Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of inventory and assist in
preparing the operational budget.
Assist management in recruitment process, maintain employee record and facilitate
onboarding procedures
Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and address customer
queries and concerns professionally and promptly
PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Some Secondary (high) School Graduation certificate is required or College completion
would be an asset.
Minimum 7 months to 1 year of experience strongly preferred.
Ability to supervise 3 to 4 people.
Fluent in English and effectively communicate orally and in writing.
Hands on experience in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Windows, and MS Word is an asset.
Able to work independently and in a team, flexible, good time management, organizational
and Interpersonal Skills.
