Royal Zayka located at 8646 Tulsy Crescent, Surrey, BC, Canada, V3V 7A4  is looking for an Administrative Assistant . Applicant should have minimum high school education. Applicant should also have a diploma or degree in business/related field or minimum of 6 months of experience as an Administrative Assistant. Pay per hour will be $19.00 per hour. This is a full-time position with minimum of 30-40 hours of work per week. Two weeks of paid training will be provided to all candidates to understand the company financial operations , structure and work environment.

Following are the job duties:

• Arrange Meetups with the clients and confirm appointments.

• Place orders for office supplies and keep a check on office inventory.

• Assist in hiring or recruitment of the office staff and train them according to company policies.

• Answer telephone and queries and forward calls to respective person.

• Welcome clients and guide them to the proper person according to their need.

Make travel arrangements and reservation as and when required.
