Andy’s Masonry and Renovation, Ltd. is GTA’s premier finishing contractor. We take great pride in our work and go the extra mile for our customers to ensure they get the best possible services in the market. Our services include bathroom and garage remodeling, multiple rooms renovation, installation, replacement and repair of doors, drywall and flooring, painting, tile-setting, masonry, and more.
At this point, we are looking for a Laborer to assist us with current and prospective job orders.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Load and unload materials and move them to work areas
· Provide assistance to masons, tile setters, door installers, painters and other contractors, as required
· Mix, pour and spread materials
· Clean surfaces, equipment, tools, remove debris from work sites
· Perform other duties, as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
– Experience in a similar role in the construction sector is an asset
– Knowledge of general safety practices
– Physical strength and ability to perform manually dexterous duties
– English proficiency
WORK CONDITIONS
– Permanent, full-time position
– $25.00 per hour
– 35 hours of work per week
– Occasional overtime may be required with applicable overtime pay ($37.50) after 44 hours of work per week
– Location of Employment: You will be required to travel across GTA (Milton, Hamilton, Mississauga, etc.) to clients’ sites. Company’s main address: 813 Ninth Avenue, Hamilton, ON, L8T 2A7.
