Job requirements

Languages: English or French

Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Computer and Technology Knowledge:

Specific Skills:

Establish and implement policies and procedures for information systems, Authorize the development of specifications for products or services, Assign, co-ordinate and review projects and programs, Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations, Meet with clients to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs and timelines.

Role & Responsibilities:

·         Coordinating various project related activities involving project Planning, Execution and Risk Management in tune with the core business objectives

·         Project coordination activities entailing Planning, Scheduling, as well as application       maintenance & enhancement, project progress monitoring, regular reporting to various       stakeholders and delivery as per quality, time and budgetary norms.

·         Lead and develop a Technology team that supports all aspects of our business and technology transformation. This includes developing the Proof of Concepts to align with business cases and getting the approvals from business team

·         Evaluating the technologies and tools that are best match for every project and providing the recommendations to the customers

•Program Management by handling different business units with end-to-end management and coordination of all phases (Requirements to Release to production)

•Apply product management, industry, and market expertise to brainstorm and create additional use- cases for the API, Integration, master data management, data quality and data science.

•Make product roadmap decisions and provide thought leadership on emerging trends

•Prioritize work and make strategic tradeoff decisions during the development cycle

•Define the data governance strategy with catalog, business glossary, data quality, metadata and data integration

•Conduct overall performance management, including mentoring, assessing resource impact, training, etc.

•Preparing detailed project plans of an engagement within the standards of project management methodologies. Review and validating statement of work (SOW).

•Lead a comprehensive effort to set the roadmap, revamp business-critical systems and have our technology be a strategic lever in growing business

•Entrepreneur mindset – work virtually any enterprise technology and take in charge for creating a Strategy and provide execution excellence: developing business strategies, allocating resources, hiring and managing staff, maintaining business accounts and ensuring high-quality customer service

•Maintain view on current industry trends/marketplace directions and establish new relationships to advance and provide options for current and future business needs

•Deliver the strategy with quality, speed, and cost-effectiveness
