Our family is seeking a hard-working and thorough Housekeeper to perform cleaning activities at our residence in Schomberg, Ontario.
You will be responsible for the following duties:
· Sweep and mop floors throughout the premises
· Vacuum carpeting, area rugs and upholstered furniture
· Dust furniture and décor items
· Make beds, change sheets and towels
· Clean and disinfect bathrooms, sanitize fixtures
· Clean and polish kitchen area and appliances
· Wash windows, walls and ceilings
· Empty garbage bins and recyclables into disposal areas
· Maintain all cleaning equipment and supplies in a safe and sanitary working condition
· Ensure all assigned areas are kept clean and all tasks are completed in a timely manner
Requirements:
· Previous experience as a Housekeeper is an asset
· Physical stamina and mobility
· Proficiency in English
Compensation and Conditions:
· $18.00 per hour based on 30 – 35 -hour work week
· Permanent, full-time position
· Location of work: Schomberg, L0G1T0
