Job duties of General Farm Labour (NOC: 85101):
· Perform all farm assignments responsibly.
· Preparing soil for sowing, adding fertilizers/Manure, Irrigation and regular weeding the farm.
· Harvest crops and storing properly from pest and other spoilage factors.
· Ensuring farm safety, limited access to visitors and following disinfection protocol.
· Proper disposal of rotten crops/infected crops and implementing measures to control rodents, insects and other pests.
· Operating, maintain and cleaning farm equipment’s and machineries after usage.
· Segregating fruits and vegetables quality wise from higher to lower. Categories the finest product and get the higher price in market.
