Brownies Chicken & Seafood located at 3-22899 Dewdney Trunk Rd, Maple Ridge, BC, Canada V2X 3K8 is looking for a food service supervisor in their restaurant. The candidate should have either 6 months of experience or a Certificate/Diploma in the relevant field. The pay per hour will be $20.00. This is a permanent full-time position with 30-40 hours per week.
The main duties required to be performed at our restaurant as a food supervisor are below but not limited to:
-Establish methods to meet work schedules.
-Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
-Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
-Ensure food service and quality control.
-Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
-Address customers’ complaints or concerns.
-Establish work schedule.
