Salaries and wages:

$27.00 per hour

 

Duties/Responsibility:

· Monitors daily operations and ensures the smooth operation of Manchu Wok;

· Maintains consistency in the quality of food and beverage and service of the vendor with an understanding of the rapid turnover and high demand typical in a mall food court; ensuring the communal dining area remains tidy and presentable for patrons throughout operating hours.

· Ensures the general maintenance of all operating materials, equipment and machinery for food processing in order to prolong its usage, taking into account the high traffic nature of the food court environment.

· Applies procedures concerning Manchu Wok’ precautions with regards to the its food safety and hygiene standards, adapting them to fit the specific requirements of the food court setup.

· Cultivates a positive workplace environment where all staff are motivated to excel within the fast-paced food court setting;

· Conducts training sessions and assists in any other tasks connected to food service, tailoring them to the dynamics of serving at a food court vendor for proper dissemination to staff and crew;

·  Communicates effectively with patrons to address complaints or concerns regarding the service or food provided, resolving issues promptly and ensuring customer satisfaction;

·  Submits weekly staff roster and training schedules that align with the unique needs of Manchu Wok within the food court, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

 

Qualifications:

1. Education:  Completion of secondary school is required. Study in related programs are preferred, such as food service administration, hotel and restaurant management.
2. Experience:  At least 2 years’ experience as a food services supervisor in a restaurant or similar role.

1. Highly developed organizational skills and customer service skills;
2. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
3. Excellent interpersonal and people-management skills
4. Strong knowledge in supervising subordinate staff, as well as in resolving conflict

 

Language: Excellent oral and written English
