Fishhook Restaurant located at 805 Fort St, Victoria, British Columbia V8W 1H6 is looking for Food Service Supervisors. Candidate should either have minimum of 6 months of relevant experience or diploma/certificate in related field. Salary will be $18.50 per hour. This is a full-time position with 30-40 hours per week of work.
Some of the job duties will be:
· Supervise, co-ordinate and facilitate the working of food service attendants.
· Establish ways to meet the work schedule.
· Handle and solve customer complaints or workplace problems efficiently.
· Set-up procedures and methods for a smooth flow of operations.
· Manage the inventory and stocks used in preparation.
· Ensure the cleanliness and safety at work as per health and safety guidelines.
