We will provide:
– Minimum of 35 hours/ week throughout your employment period
– Paid Vacation of 2 Weeks each year or 4% of salary
– Pay at $17.00 – $18.00 per hour
Duties
· Assigning duties, responsibilities, and workstations to crew members in accordance with schedules during the shift.
· Participate in inventory management by ordering daily food supplies, including raw vegetables and meat products.
· Manage the restaurant’s daily operation, running the floor, briefing the staff and supervising the restaurant set-up.
· Responsible for closing & opening the restaurant in accordance with the shift
· Prepare a weekly schedule of crew members.
· Train new and existing staff members on the policies and procedures
· Maintaining a safe, secure, and sanitary environment for guests, teams, and coworkers.
· Assist in greeting guests, taking orders and responding to our guest’s complaints and concerns to provide an upscale dining experience.
· Assist in ensuring that shipments received from vendors include fresh and top-quality ingredients.
· Prepare daily reports of sales, inventory, and wastage for the Manager
· Manage all communications within the appropriate timeframe and provide customers with an experience that wants them to return for more.
· Perform regular inspections of the kitchen and the dining area.
Requirements
Minimum High School
Minimum six months of experience in a similar role
Ability to legally work in Canada
