Job Requirements
Languages: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Ability to Supervise: 3-4 people

Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, Estimate and order ingredients and supplies, Ensure food service and quality control; maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage; prepare and submit reports; and Establish work schedules

Workers Supervised: Kitchen and food service helpers, Food service counter attendants, and food preparers
