We are looking for natural leader to support our General Manager.
Duties
Supervise the preparation and cooking of various pizza and menu items while adhering to Domino’s recipes and quality standards.
Coordinate and manage the food-making process, including dough management, ingredient inventory, and quality control.
· Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance.
Manage labour costs, and productivity to optimize store performance.
Train and mentor team members in efficient food preparation and cooking techniques, customer service skills, and safety protocols.
Implement and monitor cleanliness and maintenance routines to maintain a hygienic and well-organized kitchen and service area.
Address customer feedback and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the store manager to develop marketing strategies and promotional events.
Oversee customer order management, ensuring accurate and timely preparation and delivery of orders.
Requirements
Secondary School Completion
Minimum seven months of experience in a similar role
Ability to legally work in Canada
