We will provide:
· Salary: $ 15.30 – $ 17.50 per hour
· Paid vacation of 2 Weeks each year or 4% of salary
· Range of 30-40 hours/week throughout your employment period
Duties
· greet customers, guide them to their tables, inform of any specials or promotions available and ensure guests receive an excellent customer service.
· Suggest menu items, taking into account their preferences and provide clarity regarding ingredients, preparation methods and other informative responses.
· Take food and beverage orders from the customers ensuring accuracy and attention and communicate to the kitchen staff and other servers.
· suggest additional items such as appetizers, desserts, or specialty drinks to enhance the dining experience.
· deliver orders to tables efficiently, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to any specific instructions provided by the kitchen or bar staff.
· Processing payments accurately, including handling cash, credit/debit cards, or other forms of payment, and providing correct change if necessary
· Monitoring guests needs throughout their meal, refilling drinks and addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
· maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including clearing tables, resetting tables with clean tableware, and ensuring that the dining area is tidy and presentable
