Responsibilities and Tasks
Develop programs that support children’s physical, mental, and emotional development.
Organize educational and fun activities like field trips, storytelling, and singing.
Assist children in developing daily life skills such as eating, dressing, and toilet habits.
Supervise, train, and support staff and volunteers.
Monitor children for signs of learning or behavioral issues and report findings.
Attend and contribute to staff meetings to discuss the well-being and challenges of children.
Ensure a safe and healthy environment for all children.
Promote creative expression through arts, music, and physical activities.
Collaborate with coworkers and community services to enhance childcare.
Plan and oversee activities for school-age children before and after school.
