Salary: $31.00 to $33.00 hourly (To be negotiated) / 30 to 44 hours per Week
Permanent employment, Full time – Day, Morning

Languages: English
Education: College/CEGEP or equivalent experience
Experience: 5 years or more
Responsibilities/Tasks:
Prepare engineering designs and drawings
Read blueprints to determine work requirements
Develop and prepare design sketches
Prepare construction specifications, costs and material estimates
Prepare contracts and tenders
Write technical reports
Write specifications
Estimate costs and materials
Complete documentation packages and drawing sets
Read and interpret blueprints
Examine drawings for conformity and errors
Consult with client, engineers or production specialists to establish product requirements
Leading/instructing groups
Experience and specialization
Develop building facades building connections
Develop air Vapor barrier details
Computer and technology knowledge:
Presentation software
SketchUp
AutoCAD
Area of specialization:
Extensive knowledge of glazing and curtain wall
Stick and unitized wall
Having worked with European systems such as Reynaers or Schuco is an asset
