Coordinator, Administrative Services and Customer Experience

Constantly growing and always looking for exceptional individuals to join our team, we are currently looking for a highly- motivated Coordinator, Administrative Services and Customer Experience.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

·         Carry out a range of administrative activities to support various teams (sales, leasing, RP desk, warehouse, etc.)

·         Establish work procedures to ensure that deadlines are met, company procedures are followed, and business goals are met

·         Oversee and co-ordinate day-to-day office operations, and implement new administrative practices as deemed necessary by the company

·         Coordinate with service managers on the removal of old equipment and the installation of new equipment

·         Communicate with dealers on inter-territorial orders going into their servicing area

·         Enter contracts in CRM for service billing, maintain and update CRM contracts

·         Assist RP desk /billing team with general contract inquiries

·         Manage end-to-end order processing

·         Respond to inbound inquiries and address in a timely manner or forward the inquiry to appropriate department

·         Develop internal service control procedures

Requirements:

·         Completion of secondary school

·         A college diploma or university degree in business, or public administration is a strong asset

·         At least 1 year of experience working in a fast-paced administrative/ customer service role

·         Advanced knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft Office (with emphasis on Excel and Word applications)

·         CRM experience is an asset

·         Strong time management and organizational skills

·         Fluent English (verbal and written)

 

Compensations and Conditions:

·         $27.00 per hour for a 35-hour work week (overtime pay will apply after 44 hours of work per week, if applicable)

·         Permanent, full-time position

·         Location of work: 335 Britannia Road East, Mississauga ON, L4Z 1W9
