Scratch Kitchen located at 437 N Dollarton Hwy, North Vancouver, BC, V7G 1M9, Canada is looking for a cook. The candidate should have either 6 months of experience or a certificate or diploma in a relevant field. Pay will be $ 25.00 per hour for 30- 40 hours per week. We will also consider candidates who wish to work part-time only.
Some of the major responsibilities will be :
1. Prepare and cook complete meals and appetizers as per the menu.
2. Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
3. Manage kitchen operations
4. Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
5. Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
6. Determine the size of food portions and costs
