101236312 Saskatchewan Ltd.(DBA: Wakiki Motel) is located in Meadow Lake, Saskatchewan. Currently we are seeking a quality cook. An applicant that seeks long term employment is welcome; including aboriginals and new immigrants. The hourly wage for this position shall be $ 16.50.
Duties and responsibilities:
Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods.
Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies.
Inspect kitchens and food service areas.
Order supplies and equipment.
Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.
Clean kitchen and work areas.
Manage kitchen operations.
Requirements:
A minimum of one year of work experience in cooking.
Fast-paced environment/Handling heavy loads/Work under pressure/Repetitive tasks/Standing for extended periods/ Physically demanding/Attention to detail
Must be a team player, flexible, client-focused, and organized
Applicants who can work for at least one year are to be preferred.
